This is your area of ​​responsibility:

• You will expertly provide comprehensive support to our clients in the mid-market private banking segment. This includes advising on all products in the asset and liability business, leveraging cross-selling opportunities.
• They ensure a high quality of advice and service, even when using new sales channels.
• Your responsibilities include acquiring new customers through public presence, supporting customer events, engaging and representing our company at the regional level, and direct outreach, as well as building a relationship of trust with new and existing customers as protection against competitors.
• They implement marketing measures for defined target groups.
• They identify and develop sales opportunities in their market area, while also keeping an eye on opportunities across banks.

This is what we expect from you:

• Apprenticeship as a bank clerk (m/f/d), ideally supplemented by further training in business administration or banking.
• Solid experience in advising on complex products in the asset and liability business, as well as in the distribution of bundled products.

My name is Fabian Egger and as Regional Market Manager I am responsible for the main branch in Mönchengladbach, as well as our multi-channel branch in Korschenbroich. My teams of 13 employees provide comprehensive support to private clients in all financial matters, such as investments, financing, checking accounts, insurance, and much more.

After completing my apprenticeship as a bank clerk at a municipal institution, I furthered my qualifications to become a certified bank business administrator and subsequently specialized in management and asset management through a degree in finance. With over 20 years of professional experience, I see myself as a motivator and sparring partner for my teams, while also managing my own clients.
