  • Ihre AufgabenFür unseren Kunden Siemens Energy suchen wir einen erfahrenen Risikomanager (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung der Fertigung und Montage am Standort Berlin.In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Koordination, Weiterentwicklung und Anwendung des Risikomanagements gemäß dem risikobasierten Ansatz nach ISO 9001. Sie arbeiten eng mit Werkleitung, Fertigung, Qualität, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistik sowie weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen und sorgen für eine transparente Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Risiken und Chancen.Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des standortbezogenen Risikomanagements
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Risikoregistern sowie Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen
  • Durchführung und Moderation von Risiko-Workshops und Risiko-Reviews
  • Analyse, Bewertung und Überwachung von Risiken und Chancen innerhalb der Fertigung und Montage
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports und Management-Präsentationen
  • Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Risikoeignern bei der Entwicklung wirksamer Maßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung funktionierender Eskalationsprozesse für kritische Risiken
  • Begleitung von Fertigungs-, Qualitäts-, Kapazitäts- und Transformationsprojekten aus Risikomanagementsicht
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung des Business Continuity Managements
  • Durchführung von Business Impact Analysen sowie Mitarbeit an Notfall- und Wiederanlaufkonzepten
  • Unterstützung bei Audits, Assessments und Management Reviews
  • Anwendung von Qualitäts- und Problemlösungsmethoden wie FMEA, 8D, RCA, Ishikawa oder 5-Why


  • Ihr ProfilAbgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik, Qualitätsmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Risikomanagement, Qualitätsmanagement, Projektmanagement oder Prozessmanagement in einem industriellen Umfeld
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Fertigungs-, Montage- und Produktionsprozessen
  • Erfahrung mit Managementsystemen und risikobasierten Ansätzen nach ISO 9001
  • Kenntnisse im Aufbau und in der Pflege von Risikoregistern sowie Governance- und Reporting-Strukturen
  • Erfahrung im Business Continuity Management von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in FMEA, 8D, RCA, CAPA, Ishikawa oder vergleichbaren Methoden
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie lösungsorientiertes Stakeholdermanagement
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
