THE ROLE

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive with a deep passion for motorbikes to take charge of our digital communication strategies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a small team environment and has hands-on experience setting up email campaigns and crafting communication flows via SMS and WhatsApp.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, automations and transactional flows to engage and retain customers across our buying and retail databases.
• Develop and manage SMS and WhatsApp communication flows to enhance customer interaction.
• Write compelling and engaging copy tailored to our motorbike-loving audiences.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise content for better engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with the broader team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, especially in direct communication and automation.
