About the Role As a Senior Sales Solution Manager at FIS, you will lead a team of Sales Solution Consultants focused on delivering innovative treasury solutions to our clients across the EMEA region. You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sales engagements, shaping solution strategy, and ensuring alignment between client needs and FIS’s product capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Solution Consultants. Own the pre-sales strategy for treasury solutions, supporting enterprise sales teams across the UK and EMEA. Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned with market needs and client expectations. Engage directly with senior stakeholders at client organizations to understand business challenges and present tailored solutions. Drive pipeline growth and conversion through strategic solution positioning and consultative selling. Represent FIS at industry events, client workshops, and internal forums as a subject matter expert in treasury Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategy and product development. Required Skills & Experience Proven leadership experience in managing pre-sales or solution consulting teams. Deep understanding of corporate treasury processes. Strong knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based financial technology solutions. Demonstrated success in complex enterprise sales environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a global matrix organization. Experience with FIS products or similar treasury platforms is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. 8+ years of experience in financial technology, treasury solutions, or enterprise software sales.
