APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of patient care. The post-holder will be expected to identify and implement initiatives to improve services, with delegated responsibility from the Service Manager, and lead designated projects to ensure key performance targets (clinical, operational and financial) are met.
The post holder will manage the Service Coordinators, Patient Pathway Coordinators and Clerical Officers. The post holder will work closely with the Clinical and Nursing Leads to ensure a high standard of patient care is delivered within the Directorate.
