EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential.
• Basic maths skills are required for handling transactions and providing change.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.
• Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and maintain an orderly workspace.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• A friendly demeanour with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
