Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Group Marketing Executive to support the marketing activities of FitnGlam, FITCODE, and PLATFORM. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the fitness, wellness, luxury lifestyle, and has a passion for creating impactful brand experiences.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Brand ManagementExecute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels for FitnGlam, FITCODE, and PLATFORM.
• Manage day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across three brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all marketing activities.
• Support the development and execution of seasonal campaigns, promotions, partnerships, collaborations, and member engagement initiatives.
• Content Creation & CopywritingCreate engaging marketing content for social media, websites, email marketing, SMS, club communications, and advertising campaigns.
• Write, edit, proofread, and translate marketing communications in both Arabic and English.
• Develop compelling brand stories and marketing copy that reflect the unique voice and positioning of each brand.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, photographers, and videographers to deliver high-quality creative assets.
• Capture basic mobile content and support the creation of social-first content when required.
• Digital & Performance MarketingAssist in managing website content updates, landing pages, and digital marketing assets.
• Events, Activations & Club LaunchesSupport the execution of brand events/ activations, partnerships, and member experiences.
• Execute pre-opening strategies and communication for new club openings
• Reporting & InsightsAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support future marketing strategies.
• Provide club-specific marketing recommendations based on performance and business needs.

• Candidate ProfileExperience3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.
• Experience within fitness, wellness, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or consumer brands is highly preferred.
• Proven experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns and brand activations.

• Skills & CompetenciesFluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, and performance campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding, design, and content.
• Understanding of luxury brand positioning and premium customer experiences.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Proactive, highly organized, and detail oriented.
• Team player with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with marketing platforms, CRM systems, email marketing tools, and performance marketing reporting.
• Basic mobile content creation skills.
