Il ruolo prevede un’interazione trasversale con la rete, i fornitori e le principali funzioni aziendali, con l’obiettivo di garantire un servizio efficiente, in linea con gli standard definiti e fortemente orientato alla soddisfazione del cliente. Attività principali: Scouting e supporto allo sviluppo della rete di assistenza secondaria; Verifica del rispetto degli standard di servizio e operativi; Raccolta e analisi dei KPI Service (es. CSI, fermo tecnico, performance); Supporto all’implementazione di programmi di Service Caring; Collaborazione nelle attività di formazione Service alla rete; Supporto nella gestione di gare e acquisti After Sales (es. lubrificanti, pneumatici, servizi); Gestione della documentazione contrattuale e delle procedure operative; Redazione, aggiornamento e condivisione di procedure e istruzioni operative verso fornitori e dealer; Analisi del fabbisogno di copertura territoriale e della capacity della rete assistenza in relazione al parco circolante. Requisiti: Formazione accademica in ambito tecnico; Esperienza pregressa in After Sales / Service automotive preferibilmente in contesti OEM; Conoscenza dei processi post‑vendita e degli standard di servizio; Buone capacità di analisi dati e reportistica; Conoscenza dei meccanismi di gara e dei processi di acquisto; Ottima conoscenza di Excel; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Attitudine al lavoro in team e al contatto con partner esterni; Buone capacità di negoziazione e forte orientamento al cliente; Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio.
