You’ll build and manage a high-activity pipeline spanning property managers, municipalities, general contractors, and commercial portfolios — becoming the trusted local face of Pavement Resources. Key Responsibilities Drive Territory Growth: Prospect, qualify, and win net-new business while reactivating dormant accounts. Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Conduct discovery calls, perform site visits, develop estimates and bids, and close projects through effective handoff to operations. Collaborate with Estimating & Operations: Align on scopes, pricing, and proposals to deliver accurate, timely, and competitive bids. Maintain a Healthy Pipeline: Ensure CRM accuracy, provide reliable forecasts, and consistently hit activity and revenue KPIs. Represent the Brand: Attend industry events, build referral networks, and strengthen GC and vendor relationships to expand market reach.
