Description du poste Ce stage est à pourvoir pour une durée de six mois, à compter du Lundi 13 Avril 2026. 🎯 Ta mission : En tant que Sales Advisor Assistant chez Le Collectionist, tu intégreras l’équipe commerciale et travailleras sous la direction du Team Lead Sales. Ta mission principale consistera à assister l’équipe des Sales Advisor dans tout le processus de location d’une villa, chalet ou appartement de luxe, de la proposition du bien correspondant à la recherche des clients, à la négociation des termes des contrats de location entre propriétaires et locataires, ainsi que le suivi des paiements et enfin la satisfaction clients post séjour. Ton rôle incluera également l’exécution de la stratégie de fidélisation des clients. ✨ Tes responsabilités : 1. Missions commerciales Gestion complète du processus commercial, de la prospection à la conclusion de la vente : qualification des prospects, identification des besoins, argumentation, suivi des prospects, prise de rendez-vous, relances, clôture, etc. Utilisation des techniques de vente et des outils fournis par Le Collectionist. Respect des objectifs de vente quantitatifs et qualitatifs définis en interne Négociation avec les clients et les propriétaires. Révision hebdomadaire de l’activité commerciale. Révision mensuelle du plan de progression. 2. Missions processus Respect des processus de vente et de réservation de l’entreprise. Application de la liste de contrôle des questions à poser lors de la qualification. Mise à jour des informations dans l’outil. Relance paiements aux dates du contrat. Gestion du retour cautions post séjour en collaboration avec l’équipe Stay (hébergement). 3. Missions de fidélisation des clients Garantir le respect de la promesse de Le Collectionist envers les clients et les propriétaires. Maintenir le contact avec les clients pour les encourager à envisager de futurs projets de location. Prioriser les prospects. Honorer les engagements et les rendez-vous fixés. Gérer et entretenir un portefeuille de clients fidèles en offrant un service de haute qualité. Qualifications Issu(e) idéalement d’une formation en École de Commerce ou de Management. Incarner les valeurs et la stratégie de l’entreprise définies par la direction. Être bilingue en français comme en anglais. Capacité d’écoute, force de persuasion et capacité à proposer des solutions. Attitude positive et volonté de contribuer au développement de l’entreprise.
