PURPOSE OF JOB:  The Sales Trainer will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of training content and programs for the sales and sales management teams. Specific responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and ensuring effective delivery of content as well as assessing training needs and evaluating training program effectiveness. This role is a remote position in the US but must be local to a major airport for the 40% travel requirement.  Responsibilities: * Build, maintain, and continuously improve training materials across multiple formats (e-learning, instructor-led, virtual) within the LMS  * Design engaging sales skills training including role-play and objection handling  * Support onboarding, product launches, and leadership development initiatives  * Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver training that drives field performance  * Conduct field visits to coach Territory Managers and Clinical Account Managers  * Coordinate logistics for training events including national sales meetings  * Administer training platforms (Zoom, Teams, Seismic) and report outcomes to leadership   SKILLS FOR SUCCESS: * Experience developing and delivering initial and ongoing training to sales teams.
