Partner on inventory strategy, managing turn, alignment to demand, and minimizing aged inventory. Manage departmental profitability, controlling expenses, improving margins, and operating within budget. Stay market-aware and compliant, adjusting strategy based on competition and demand while ensuring all sales activities meet legal and dealership standards. Qualifications: Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or 5+ years in an F&I or Floor Manager role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations. Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and sales processes. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
