  • Undertaking maintenance tasks as directed and prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Collect and deliver items as requested including furniture, lab equipment etc.
  • Waste removal and disposable
  • Winterisation ensuring footpaths and roads are cleared and treated
  • Compliance duties including PATesting, Fire Alarms testing, Emergency lighting testing etc.
  • Confidence using IT systems to record and input data on CMM System

Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with confidence carrying out general handyperson and maintenance tasks
  • Good practical skills across a variety of repair and maintenance tasks
  • Good communication skills
  • Competent with IT
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A willingness to work flexibly, including outside normal hours when needed to maintain service continuity.
