They are most accessible to the consumer and are the primary resource of knowledge on the sales floor.  We expect our Sales Associates to show initiative, be a team player, and exemplify excellence during every aspect of the customer experience.    Sales Associate Key Responsibilities: * Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store in which you drive retail sales by genuinely connecting with the customer, building relationships, and earning her business.   * Belief that the customer always comes first and is the most important individual to our business. * Meet store specific Crown Rewards program enrollment goals on a consistent basis. * Ability to learn and be efficient with our register system to ensure a pleasant point of sale experience for our customers.
