Assist with daily stock counts, inventory control, and managing stock rotation to ensure product freshness and quality. Product Knowledge and Brand Representation Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Ladurée products, history, and values to effectively communicate them to customers. Represent Ladurée’s brand ethos through a polished appearance, language, and behavior that aligns with the brand's luxury positioning. Operational Support Support store operations by participating in opening and closing routines, cleaning, and other duties that ensure a smooth store environment. Adhere to health and safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards, particularly in handling food products. Manage packaging for customer orders with precision and care, ensuring it meets Ladurée’s quality standards.
