Popis pracovnej ponuky Hľadáme posilu na pozíciu Sales Assistant, ktorá bude kľúčovou súčasťou EMEA predajného tímu a zabezpečí hladký priebeh obchodných procesov. Hlavnou úlohou na tejto pozícii je administratívna podpora predajných aktivít, príprava cenových ponúk, spracovanie objednávok a zabezpečenie efektívnej komunikácie medzi zákazníkmi, internými tímami a partnermi. Zodpovednosti: Zabezpečenie plynulého procesu od obchodnej príležitosti až po uzavretie objednávky. Podpora spracovania leadov a aktualizácia údajov o zákazníkoch. Príprava a archivácia cenových ponúk podľa predpisov a šablón. Zadávanie a spracovanie objednávok v systémoch IFS a Dynamics365. Správa dokumentácie a proces podpisu zmlúv. Spracovanie províznych podkladov pre agentov a kontrola dodržiavania interných procesov. Podpora obchodného tímu a spolupráca pri organizácii zákazníckych návštev a podujatí. Spolupráca so zákazníckym servisom podľa potreby. Kvalifikácia Povinné: Ukončené vysokoškolské vzdelanie (bakalár) v odbore obchod, sales & marketing, administratíva alebo podobnom smere, alebo vyššie odborné vzdelanie v oblasti administratívy, medzinárodného obchodu alebo obchodného manažmentu. Predchádzajúca prax v oblasti predajnej administratívy alebo komerčnej podpory. Výborná znalosť angličtiny (písomne aj slovne). Pokročilá znalosť MS Word, Excel a PowerPoint. Schopnosť pracovať systematicky, s dôrazom na detail, a zvládať viaceré priority. Dobré komunikačné schopnosti a schopnosť spolupracovať s tímami, vrátane vzdialených. Ďalšie európske jazyky (francúzština/nemčina) sú vítané. Možné osvojiť: Práca so systémami IFS a Dynamics365 ERP/CRM. Skúsenosti s prípravou cenových ponúk a zmluvnej dokumentácie v technickom prostredí. Znalosti fungovania komplexných produktov alebo skúsenosť v prostredí nadnárodných firiem.
