General Job Description This position will be responsible for the delivery and pick-up of commercial vehicles for the assigned Service Department(s). This position will provide exceptional customer service and conduct business in a professional manner, including courteous on-time delivery and projecting a professional image. The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. Responsibilities Adhere to safe vehicle operating procedures and legal requirements. Check lot and log out truck locations. Battery log/charging (EV, Diesel). Daily sales/RO updates. Check in/out trucks. Coordinate delivery prep (wash, inspect, fuel). Deliveries approved by GM. Lot organization (sales/service). Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers. II. Minimum Job Qualifications 18 years of age. High school graduate, GED, or 1 year of work experience. Valid Commercial Driver License, and qualifying MVR III. Desired Job Qualifications 1 year of direct customer-facing sales experience. Ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision. Basic knowledge off Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Heavy-duty truck aptitude. Strong organization, communication, and phone skills. IV. Mental Capability Requirements Comprehension: Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral/written instructions and information. Organization: Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology. Reasoning & Decision Making: Ability to apply common sense in performing job. Communication: Ability to understand follow basic instructions and guidelines. Mathematics: No mathematical ability is required. V. Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
