Resolve & Relate: Assist customers in locating products and help them with any concerns or complaints, ensuring they leave happy and satisfied. Handle Transactions: Accurately collect payments using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash/refunds with basic math skills. You'll also ensure accurate transactions by balancing your register at the start and end of your shift. The Finishing Touch: Efficiently bag, box, and wrap purchased items.
