JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking an energetic, customer-driven Automotive Sales Associate to join our fast-paced dealership team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our showroom—welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right vehicle solutions. You’ll showcase product features through engaging demonstrations, provide clear and confident answers to customer questions, and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, professional buying experience. You’ll also help maintain an organized sales floor, assist with vehicle merchandising, and handle accurate sales documentation. Success in this position means exceeding sales goals, delivering exceptional service, and thriving in a competitive automotive environment. REQUIREMENTS

• Ford experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating time management skills
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about new products and services
