We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to connect with customers, ensuring they have an exceptional shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our products while maintaining a welcoming environment.

SKILLS

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
  • Proficiency in retail sales techniques, including upselling and product knowledge
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
  • Organizational skills to maintain inventory and store presentation standards
  • Time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting
  • Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus, along with familiarity with product demos
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly in English
