SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people achieve their immigration goals. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting our services, developing new business, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Client Consultation: Understand the unique needs of each client, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through the immigration process.
  • Service Promotion: Promote the company’s range of immigration services and explain the benefits to potential clients.
  • Lead Management: Track, follow up, and nurture leads to conversion, ensuring that all leads are effectively managed and not lost.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and potential opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Travel to Colleges: Regularly visit local colleges and universities to promote our immigration services, network with students, and attract new clients interested in studying or immigrating to Canada. Travel expenses for these trips will be reimbursed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related field (immigration, legal, or customer service).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in immigration services is an asset, but not required.
  • English, Hindi, or Punjabi is a required .
