Fulfill logistical needs in processing, store inventory, picking orders, ensuring orders are going out for deliveries, customer service, and counter service.   Branch: All Tile - CCS in Lexington, KY Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm Pay: $18-$20/hr   Responsibilities * Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders. * Receive inventory and inspect products for damage, stock products to bin locations. * Verify orders for accuracy and quality at every stage of receiving and shipping process. * Operate all equipment necessary for material handling such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other relevant equipment. * Follow shipping and receiving standard operating procedures (SOP) for both paperwork and electronic systems processes. * Assist the Branch Manager in executing warehouse standards of safety, maintenance, and cleanliness. * Organize inventory to meet safety, efficiency, and inventory control standards for storage and transport. * Ensure SOPs for inventory control are followed so pallets are properly shrink-wrapped, strapped, and banded for storage and transport. * Provide customer service to customers with a proactive sales approach. * Properly enter bids, quotes, and orders for customers, managers, and outside sales personnel. * Take telephone sales and provide information services for customers and outside sales personnel. * Restock, clean, and organize shelves in the showroom. * Follow the proper opening and closing procedures. * Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift. * Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required. Qualifications Education & Experiences * High School diploma or equivalent degree. * Minimum of 2 years of warehouse and or fulfillment experience or a similar environment. * 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment. * Able to perform basic math skills and reading comprehension. * Excellent attention to detail with consistent, accurate, and quality work output. * Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productive results. * Must be able to regularly lift over 75Ibs. Other Qualifications * Forklift experience and the ability to obtain forklift certification. * Experience in the flooring industry is a plus. * Able to wear work boots and meet the standard of the company’s workplace safety. * Be able to pass a background check and drug test for pre-employment screening. * Legally permitted to work in the United States.
