Marketing Associate
We are seeking two dynamic and creative Marketing Associates to join our team. These roles will be responsible for supporting a wide range of marketing activities, including digital marketing, event planning, social media management, and design. The ideal candidates will be motivated self-starters with a passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing:
• Execute and analyze email marketing campaigns
• Manage social media channels (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Conduct SEO and SEM campaigns
• Monitor website analytics and optimize performance
• Create and manage online advertising campaigns
• Event Planning:
• Coordinate and execute conferences, webinars, and other events
• Manage event logistics, including venue booking, speaker coordination, and attendee registration
• Develop event marketing materials and promotional campaigns
• Design and Content Creation:
• Create visually appealing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
• Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns
• Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
• General Support
• Assist with other marketing tasks as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools
• Experience and understanding of design platforms (e.g., Canva)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently andas part of a team

Additional Desirable Skills:

• Fluency in German language
• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
• Experience with advertising platforms, including Amazon and social media
