Job Title: Sales Executive - Manufacturing
Location: Malvern (Office-based)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE) - commission obtainable
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Malvern. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to play a key role in driving new business growth.
The role will be primarily focused on outbound sales and business development, with a smaller element of account management to nurture and grow existing client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospecting, generating, and qualifying new sales opportunities
• Conducting outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage potential clients
• Presenting and promoting products/services to prospective customers
• Managing and developing a small portfolio of existing accounts
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
