Responsibilities and Duties Provide the highest level of customer service by interacting with customers and boosting membership enrollments and upselling services: Explaining how the monthly membership program works and the value to the customer Describe and offer other service offerings such as details, express services and gift cards Answering customer account questions while attending to all customer needs Operate the cash register, process payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer. This involves the use of electronic scanners and related equipment. Serve as a point of contact for customer complaints and facilitate a resolution when possible in a professional manner that is fair to the customer and consistent with company policy and guidelines.
