The Sales Associate is responsible for a variety of retail functions, such as performing cashier duties, checking, and stocking inventory, general cleaning, and performing opening, mid-shift and closing duties as needed. This position also requires the preparation and serving of FriendShip food items at locations where food is served. Sales Associate Responsibilities · Provide Wicked Awesome Customer Service (WACS) to our customers each day. · Maintain outstanding guest service standards, product knowledge and all other components of guest services. · Assists in receiving, placing, monitoring and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor as needed. · Identifies and communicates merchandising and sales floor operational opportunities to Store Management staff. · Maintain interior and exterior store appearance according to company housekeeping standards. · Work with the Deli Manager to understand and execute proper deli food preparation and storage procedures. · Adherence to Company policy and procedures is required. · Regular attendance is required. · Safely operate store equipment. · Operation of cash register and responsibility for cash accountability. · Completes shift paperwork and other paperwork, such as: price changes, transfers, etc. as directed by Supervisor. * Job responsibilities may change at any time due to business needs.
