This role is a key part of our expanding Portfolio Management team. The primary responsibility will be supporting client engagements where Oxane provides portfolio management or agency services to global institutional investors in corporate credit, private equity, and securitized products. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to assist in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting key investment metrics. The role will involve conducting in-depth research on legal agreements, reviewing essential performance indicators, and coordinating with trustees and other stakeholders. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for liaising with clients to discuss the performance of assets and underlying collateral, ensuring smooth communication and effective management of the investment portfolio.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILL SET:

• Broad understanding of the Structured Finance product/ corporate credit landscape/Middle Market Portfolio Financing
• In-depth understanding of core financial concepts and KPIs like IRR, MoM, LTV, WAS etc.
• Proficiency in financial modelling using MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict and aggressive deadlinesDesired candidate must have graduated / MBA/ advanced degree in finance
• Prior experience with an Investment Bank, Investment Management firm or Financial Advisory firm will be preferred

• Onboard clients’ investment portfolios by thoroughly reviewing and interpreting legal agreements and gaining a clear understanding of the service provider’s reporting package
• Collaborate closely with clients to support them in monitoring the performance and positions of their investment transactions
• Independently calculate and track performance covenants, key performance indicators, concentration limits, and other critical metrics necessary for Borrowing Base calculations and compliance
• Lead daily operations across various workstreams, ensuring that all deliverables are accurate, on time, and aligned with client expectations
• Contribute to the standardization and optimization of processes to boost efficiency, while developing and implementing SOPs around key deliverables
• Work seamlessly with internal teams and clients to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and that our services consistently exceed expectations
