This role requires a high level of technical and product excellence and a passion for building high-quality, scalable, and compliant solutions within the Brazilian context. You won't just be writing code; you will be instrumental in proposing robust technical designs, conducting thorough code and design reviews, and collaborating closely with engineers in other global offices to ensure our systems effectively serve our growing Brazilian customer base while actively contributing to the improvement and evolution of our global platform. You will also collaborate closely with other LatAm engineering teams being established within the São Paulo hub. What You'll Be Doing: Design, develop, test, and deploy features and services specifically tailored for the Brazilian market, with a focus on the Brazil Business, Consumer, and PIX experience. Propose and advocate for high-quality technical designs and solutions that are scalable, reliable, and compliant with local regulations. Conduct rigorous code and design reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain and elevate our engineering standards globally. Implement integrations with local banks, payment providers, identity/business verification vendors, and financial partners across the region. Automate and improve onboarding workflows and compliance checks (KYC/KYB) for different customer types.
