The .NET Software Engineer will focus on maintaining several critical applications. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who thrives in a highly productive team-centric environment. East Coast candidates preferred. Responsibilities: Maintain and update major application sub systems using .NET, and related technologies. Assess requirements for software development projects. Provide support and research for existing and new software, and investigate, recommend, and implement new technology and solutions. Adhere to technical standards within the industry and within Bridgeway. Participate in multiple concurrent projects, to include product enhancements, client customizations, third party integrations, and product maintenance. Collaborate with our Engineering, DevOps, and operations teams to define and execute plans for standardization scaling and enhancements to our products and services utilized in deployment, installation, and release efforts. Maintain SCRUM Methodology and documentation of user stories, features, and other release notes to best assist implementation application support teams. Develop programming effort estimations based on requirements and scope of project and manage work progress against schedule commitments, utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO) for task management. Advocate for continuous improvement. Requirements: 3+ years’ professional software engineering experience in full .NET framework, .NET 8, Object Oriented Methodologies, Web Services, and frontend web technologies (Angular, HTML, JavaScript preferred) 1+ years of experience in application design, implementation, maintenance, diagnosing and issue resolution, managing security, etc. Experience with Visual Studio required Experience with C# and WPF, strongly preferred Experience with Azure, DevOps - CI/CD, containerization, Firebird preferred Experience developing in a large-scale or multi-platform environment preferred Strong understanding of Agile Methodology Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field Bridgeway is an equal opportunity employer.
