Design and implement advanced automation frameworks to streamline production support operations, reduce manual intervention, and improve efficiency across Credit platform operational workflows. Lead reliability-focused initiatives ensuring Credit production systems maintain high availability and resilience while meeting stringent regulatory and compliance requirements for financial services. Enhance monitoring infrastructure and comprehensive observability solutions, implementing alerting systems that support CPE's 24/7 coverage model across APAC and North America time zones. Participate in capacity planning activities for critical batch processing workflows and production systems to ensure Credit platforms scale effectively under growing customer demands. Engage in regular disaster recovery (DR) strategy planning and testing for critical Credit production systems, collaborating closely with Product Development teams. Partner with Product Development teams and enterprise operational teams to identify opportunities for improving operational support processes.
