THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Shieldpay you will play a critical role in designing, implementing and maintaining our infrastructure to support our SDLC and Customer Operations. You will be responsible for designing, automating, and scaling our cross-cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Cloudflare. You will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, contributing significantly by ensuring the successful execution of DevOps projects.
Sitting within our Engineering team, you will drive platform resilience through monitoring, disaster recovery and high availability patterns. You will play a critical role in futureproofing Shieldpay’s infrastructure by adapting modern, event-driven, and ledger-based patterns to promote scalability and cut costs. This is a critical role that will enable engineers to adopt best practices in infrastructure, observability and automation.
