Branch Manager Tishomingo, OK                      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for performing audits, as it relates to federal, state, and bank policies, procedures and regulations including all cash audits, quarterly negotiable audits and maintaining branch audit books. Must adhere and practice strong internal control procedures at all times while complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Manage the daily routine and customer service level of the branch personnel. Extraordinary customer service will be required of each employee at all times. Conduct regular sales and operations meetings Brief employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information Obtain and track sales goals for the entire branch, including monthly score card performance reviews with each employee Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed Recognize employee achievements and encourage excellence in the work environment Manage budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives Interact with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback Resolve customer problems as need Perform branch personnel duties as needed Adhere to high ethical and professional standards Assist with other job related duties as requested by supervisor/manager Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
