Essential Functions Statement(s) • Support all desktop operating systems and applications including but not limited to Windows 10/11, Office M365, Line Side Labeling System, etc. • Configure/Install all new computers (desktop and laptop) • Support Associates through Helpdesk activities (Tier I, II, III). • Support video conference activities. • Support all Desktop/Laptop, scale, thermal printer, and handheld scanner hardware issues. • Maintain accurate records of all hardware and software license agreements. • Conduct new hire orientation training for all new/promoted associates that will be accessing the computer network for the first time and continuing education for all associates. • Support emerging specialty systems (Novar eclectic monitoring, MTS test works, CNC, wastewater treatment monitoring, etc.) • Support Line Side Labeling system through upgrades, troubleshooting, and pro-active upgrades.
