Description GBR Corporation is seeking a dependable Class A CDL Driver to lead our fleet operations, CDL drivers and transportation logistics. This is a hands-on management position responsible for keeping trucks compliant, drivers supported, and materials moving efficiently. You will be home every night! CDL Driver Oversight Support and supervise CDL drivers in daily operations. Assist with scheduling and driver coordination. Promote safe driving practices and professionalism at all times. Fleet & Compliance Management Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations. Conduct and monitor vehicle inspections. Maintain fleet records, inspections, and compliance documentation. Perform inspections, diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs on company trucks, trailers, and construction equipment. Ensure all vehicles are maintained in safe operating condition and comply with DOT regulations. Transportation & Inventory Coordination Coordinate equipment and material deliveries to jobsites. Load/unload vehicles and semi-trailers (sometimes requiring forklift). Coordinate major repairs with outside vendors. Manage shop inventory and supply levels. Other Duties Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support safe and efficient operations. Requirements Valid Class A CDL (no automatic restriction) Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have a valid Class A CDL driver's license. Proven experience with fleet management and vehicle maintenance. Experienced in use of a forklift. Small engine repair experience a plus.
