Job Description We are seeking an organised and efficient Order to Cash Officer to join our finance shared service team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in billing customers within an agreed SLA and covering the credit control function Generate and send invoices & credit notes to customers within a agreed SLA Collaborate with commercial departments to resolve any billing queries Setting up new jobs in the system Contribute to the improvement of Order to Cash processes Cover duties can include: Sending Monthly Statements to customers Sending weekly dunning letters to customers.
