As a member of the local HR Team and supported by the Division HR Officer, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and will lead strategic HR initiatives that align with the strategy of the Division, support the business growth, and promote employee development. Key Responsibilities Strategic Alignement & Transformation Implement HR strategies that support business goals and organizational effectiveness.
