Description Position Scope The Rental Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for customers seeking rental product information for heavy equipment. This role supports both internal and external customers by providing accurate parts identification, order processing, inventory coordination, and exceptional service. The position directly contributes to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall rental department performance.
