Descripción del puesto: Buscamos incorporar un profesional para gestionar los procesos de adminstración documental y control de información técnica dentro de un proyecto minero de gran escala bajo la modalidad de EPCM. El rol será clave para asegurar la correcta gestión del flujo documental entre ingeniería, cliente, contratistas y terreno. Responsabilidades principales: Administrar el sistema de control documental del proyecto. Coordinar la recepción, registro y distribución de documentación técnica y de ingeniería. Reportar y controlar flujos de documentos, garantizando que los plazos de revisión y emisión se mantengan en los plazos estandarizados Mantener revisiones de documentos actualizadas. Asegurar trazabilidad de versiones y control de cambios. Coordinar con equipos de ingeniería, construcción y contratistas para garantizar cumplimiento de procedimientos documentales. Generar reportes de estado de documentación del proyecto. Seguimiento y control de RFI’s Requisitos básicos: Experiencia en gestión documental en proyectos industriales, mineros o de infraestructura. Experiencia utilizando sistemas de document control en proyectos EPC/EPCM. Capacidad para gestionar altos volúmenes de documentación técnica. Manejo avanzado de herramientas digitales y sistemas documentales. Calificaciones deseadas: Experiencia en proyectos mineros o de construcción industrial. Conocimiento de flujos documentales de ingeniería. Conocimiento de flujos de RFI (Request for Information) Nivel de Inglés Intermedio, es un plus.
