Organize content based on user mental models to ensure efficient, intuitive, and effective wayfinding and task completion Design user flows and wireframes, creating low-fidelity concepts to validate through feedback and testing Create interactive prototypes using refined visual mockups for leadership review and development readiness Partner with our research team in the design and fielding of research studies, then translate user needs and research findings into usable design improvements and/or new opportunities Presenting designs and insights to key stakeholders.
