Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Responsable de l’Acquisition de Talents stratégique et motivé(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe chez Valsoft. Cette personne travaillera en étroite collaboration avec notre Chef de cabinet et notre Chef de l’IA afin de diriger les efforts de recrutement pour les startups que nous avons développées à l’interne, incluant ValPay et notre portefeuille croissant de startups axées sur l’intelligence artificielle. Il s’agit d’une occasion unique de contribuer à façonner l’avenir de nos entreprises technologiques émergentes en attirant les meilleurs talents et en bâtissant des équipes à fort impact.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES:

• Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en acquisition de talents, avec un solide parcours en recrutement pour des postes techniques et/ou de leadership.
• Succès démontré dans un environnement entrepreneurial ou en forte croissance, avec collaboration directe auprès de cadres exécutifs (un atout).
• Excellentes compétences en recherche et chasse de têtes; capable d’attirer des talents passifs dans des marchés spécialisés ou émergents.
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en gestion des parties prenantes et en organisation.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à penser de façon stratégique et à exécuter de manière tactique dans un environnement dynamique.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a strategic and driven Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at Valsoft. This individual will work closely with our Chief of Staff and Chief AI Officer to lead recruitment across the startups we’ve built from the ground up within Valsoft, including ValPay and our growing portfolio of AI-driven startups. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of our emerging tech businesses by attracting top-tier talent and building high-impact teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record of hiring for technical and/or leadership roles.
• Proven success working closely with executive stakeholders in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment (an asset).
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills; able to attract passive talent in niche or emerging markets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, think strategically, and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.

• Partner directly with senior leaders to define and execute the talent acquisition strategy for AI and emerging tech startups.
• Own and lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership and critical technical roles across Valsoft’s AI ventures.
• Build strong pipelines of top-tier talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and strategic outreach.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market insights, recruitment best practices, and organizational needs.
• Manage candidate experience to ensure a high-touch, professional, and engaging recruitment process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hiring priorities and support workforce planning.
