Professional Foster Parent – Hope House    Location: Tamarac, FL | Housing Provided | Full-Time, Hybrid Live-In Role      Are you looking for more than just a job? As a Hybrid Live-In Foster Parent at Hope House, you’ll provide care, structure, and encouragement to up to four fantastic youth (ages 13–17) in a family-style home that we provide for you.   This isn’t your typical 9–5. It’s a chance to create a lasting impact with all expenses covered in a comfortable, fully furnished home. You’ll receive extensive training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to build genuine relationships with young people who need consistency, compassion, and guidance the most.   What You’ll Do • Live in a private, fully furnished all expenses paid home provided by One Hope United • Serve as a positive, stable role model and caregiver for up to 4 youth • Create a nurturing, family-style environment using our trauma-informed Trust Based Relational Intervention Model (we train you!) Maintains a therapeutic home environment. Interactions with all youth reflect a strengths-based, trauma informed approach • Support youth with life skills, school attendance, daily routines, and recreational activities • Establish and sustain positive relationships with youth biological parents, social workers, counselors, child psychologists, teachers, mentors, and any members of the treatment team.
