You will be a member of a dynamic development team, by actively designing and developing network-element management software for new and existing ZHONE TECHNOLOGIES platforms and products. Reporting to the Manager, Front End Development at ZHONE TECHNOLOGIES, the engineer in this role will ensure successful development of network management applications that will maintain the environment. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain HTML5/CSS/JavaScript web applications. Perform work item breakdowns and provide input to project scheduling via effort estimates. Document and review requirements and designs with peers and stake holders. Document, review and execute unit test cases for Element Management software applications. Provide support throughout the product verification cycle. Requirements A bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent). Superior design and coding skills in Typescript/JavaScript/HTML5/CSS web applications. Experience with debugging web applications. Sound technical judgment.
