Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Analyze business requirements/functional designs and works with product owners, BSAs, and other engineers to design/develop/document systems and application software.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Overall 8+ years in developing and supporting experience in handling mid to large scale IT projects deployment. Good knowledge in Sales/Service/Marketing CRM business processes.
  • Good knowledge and Min 5 Yrs. experience in Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience and deep understanding of all aspects of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administration knowledge
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Strong understanding and experience on Salesforce Configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and Integrations
  • Strong understanding and experience on Experience Cloud (Salesforce communities)
  • Experience using JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, VSCode
  • Experience on DevOps tools like Jira, Copado, Flosum or any other
  • Experience documenting TDDs, architecture diagrams

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor degree or above, Major in Computer Science is preferable
