Job Summary We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead the technical direction of an AI-driven healthcare platform while remaining hands-on in building production software. This role is ideal for a senior individual contributor who enjoys writing code, designing scalable architecture, and establishing engineering standards that enable long-term growth. You'll own technical strategy, guide architectural decisions, and build systems with security, privacy, and scalability at their core.
