Qualifications This role combines Software Engineering (approx. 50%) and Scrum Master responsibilities (approx. 50%), and requires you to have: Technical Skills Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in .NET development, building web applications and backend services using .NET Framework / .NET Core. Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful APIs, with experience building scalable backend services and integrations. Hands-on work with SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL), including data modelling, complex queries, performance optimization, and stored procedures. Experience with front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue). Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure or AWS) for deployment, monitoring, and application lifecycle management. Curiosity and interest in system architecture, application design, and maintainable full-stack solutions. A strong motivation to improve software robustness, refactor existing solutions, reduce technical debt, and modernize the current landscape. Scrum Master & Agile Leadership Skills Demonstrated experience acting as a Scrum Master, ideally 2 or more years in an agile environment; Scrum Master certification is preferred. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement. Ability to facilitate technical discussions, remove blockers, and support team cohesion and productivity. Skilled at coaching team members in agile ways of working and fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and delivery focus. Experience using agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
