As a Software Support Engineer, you’ll work with cutting-edge technology, grow your skills, and be part of a supportive, collaborative team. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the first line of support via phone and email for customers experiencing issues with our Invar Warehouse System (IWS) software. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues with IWS software packages.
