Description
Migrate existing Excel-based tracking systems into Jira by designing project structures, workflows, issue types, and dashboards tailored to the engineering team's workflow.
Connect program data across various tools to create a single-source-of-truth system for program tracking, material readiness, build status, and risk management.
Create and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into program status, designed for easy consumption by engineering managers and senior leadership.
Draft and maintain technical documentation such as SOPs, build procedures, process documents, lessons-learned reports, and program status updates.
Be physically present on the production floor to identify and resolve blockers firsthand.
Facilitate key reviews, capture decisions and action items, and drive follow-through to ensure meetings produce tangible outcomes.
Track and drive cross-functional action items to closure, providing visibility into open and at-risk items across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality.
Identify opportunities to automate or streamline recurring reporting, status collection, and data aggregation.
