Leads the development of major features or components. * Leads the design and architecture of software systems, making strategic decisions to ensure scalability, flexibility, and maintainability. * Takes ownership of critical features or modules within projects, driving their development from conception to implementation. Collaborates with product managers to define and refine requirements. * Conducts and leads code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Sets and enforces high code quality standards within the team. * Contributes to project planning, estimation, and execution, collaborating with project managers and other leads. Acts as a technical lead on projects, ensuring successful delivery. * Analyzes and solves complex and critical programming problems.
