We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer Team Lead to guide a talented development team, drive technical excellence, and deliver high-impact projects. This role is based in our Sydney office 3 days and WFH 2 days.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience in an object-oriented language
  • Software design & development
  • Systems design, integration and build
  • Testing
  • Data modelling and design
  • Database design
  • Stakeholder management
  • Confidence in taking the lead throughout the full software development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
  • Experience in development of service-oriented architectures
  • Proficiency in SOLID engineering, and object-oriented design skills

Responsibilities
  • Lead a product delivery team through the agile software development life cycle.
