Better supporting complex organizations is a key part of Square’s plans to move upmarket. We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to partner with the Franchise Suite’s 30+ person engineering team in articulating and leading the execution of the Franchise Suite multi-year technical strategy. You will establish operation principles and a culture of engineering excellence and help build a reliable and scalable product for our most strategic sellers, while engaging with partner teams across the company in service of our team and organizational objectives.
