PRODUCT AND REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT: Participate in and lead development of requirements, user story development, use cases, and test cases. Participate in stand-up operations meetings. Support Integration Projects, Author process and design documents. Work with IT Operations (ITO), IT Engineering, Asset Planning Lifecycle Management (APLM) and GDIA Business Customers in the acquisition, provisioning, installation, configuration and testing of hardware and software. Work with GDIA business customers in migration from old tools and platforms to new and adoption of new tools. Participate and lead incident, problem, change and service request related activities including root cause analysis (RCA) and proactive problem management or defect prevention activities. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development, Information Systems or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required: 1.
