We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mid-Level Test Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience specializing in Playwright to join our product-based engineering team. In this role, you will ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our software products through strong automation practices and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design, define, and implement the overall testing strategy for projects. Develop, maintain, and document test plans, test cases, test procedures, and scripts. Perform product-level integration testing and ensure system stability. Implement, execute, and debug automated test scripts using modern tools and frameworks. Perform manual testing covering complete functional validation prior to automation. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables. Identify defects, technical problems, and provide solutions including fixes and optimizations. Continuously improve development and release processes through automation and best practices. Research, evaluate, and recommend new tools, technologies, and best practices for QA and automation. Provide technical guidance and mentorship, including code reviews, documentation, and testing practices.
