Position Highlights TAUC Team Lead: We are looking for experienced EMT's who have 2+ years of clinical practice and who are ready to take that next step into leadership. TAUC's Team Lead position offers the opportunity to expand your clinical skills while also participating in management training. Our fast-paced, high-acuity urgent care setting offers you the opportunity to participate not only in leadership training but also build your knowledge base in areas such as Occupational Medicine, Inventory Management, and CLIA certified laboratory services. This position also will allow you to enhance your skills as a trainer. Requirements To be considered for the Team Lead position, you should have the following skills, characteristics, and experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting as a licensed EMT Proficient clinical skills surrounding urgent/emergent care Attention to detail to keep patient flow and the site running smoothly Work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks Effectively communicate in a positive, helpful manner with patients and team members An interest and desire to mentor team members We are an equal opportunity employer.
